The cultivator is applied for inter-row cultivation and feeding of sugar-beet crops and other tilled crops with inter-row distance of 45 cm. It is equipped with a set of working tools to readjust the unit for cultivation of corn and sunflower row-spacing with inter-row distance of 70 cm. It is used in all zones of corn, beet and sunflower cultivation, excluding mountain agricultural zones. It ensures required quality under humidity of 12-cm soil layer of not more than 25%, hardness in the same layer should be no more than 0.2 MPа on smooth fields and slopes of up to 50.
The cultivator is unitized with tractors class 1.4 (MTZ-80; MTZ-82; UMZ-6; MTZ-100, etc). Operating unitization is mounted, transit unitization is semi-mounted.
