Sweden's largest expo for home electronics and home entertainment Sweden's largest expo for home electronics and home
entertainment. Digital Home is the biggest public home entertainment
fair in Sweden,arranged for the first time in October 2005. Last year
nearly 85 000 visitors came to experience new technology accompanied by
lots of activities within the fields of TV, Hifi, photo, broadcasting,
games, computers etc. Digital Home runs parallel with the fair
Hem&Villa (bath, kitchen, garden, indoor repair and building) and Hem (interior decoration and design).
The three fairs contribute to make
a high-quality happening with a wide range of companies (approximately
500-600) and products so that each visitor will be able to find what
she/he is interested in.
Apart from all the exhibitors, Digital Home
arranges activities, testsand contests for the visitors. This year SVT
(Swedish Television)celebrates its 50 years of broadcasting and are
planning for a largeevent on site. Microsoft will launch their new
Windows Vista for the Swedish audience and also perform the show
“Digital lifestyle” on stage. In collaboration with the Swedish
HiFi-magazine Hemmabio we arrange tests on different kinds of TVs,
surround systems and projectors. Within the theme “photo” we will
arrange photo contests for all visitors. And a lot more.
