The Lincolnshire Showground is situated on the A15 going north out of
the city of Lincoln and just minutes away from Lincoln city centre.
The showground offers an exclusive opportunity to host all manner of
events. The facilities are as flexible as your needs we can assist you
in tailor making your event, we offer a ‘bespoke service' . The
showground offers you picturesque scenery with plenty of space to
organise outdoor events. Caravan Rallies, outdoor concerts, product
launches, trade fairs or sporting activities are already held at the
Lincolnshire Showground whatever the event you're planning to organise,
come and have a look at the Lincolnshire Showground. A quality event
deserves a quality venue In addition to the exhibition centre, there
are other facilities available on site. There are four permanent horse
rings, two collecting rings, horse walkway, 132 stables, a main arena,
cattle sheds and a large warehouse building, all or any of which are
available to organisations staging events. The six permanent toilet
blocks (some with male and female shower facilities) metalled roads,
public telephone boxes and comprehensive underground electricity cables
terminating in grey junction boxes are all available for you to use.
The Showground has mains water and standpipes can be raised at most
locations on the showground.
All these indoor and outdoor facilities are within the security fenced
and gated showground. Extensive car parking space for 13,000 cars with
a tried and tested traffic management system means that clients and
visitors rarely suffer the traffic problems that are experienced at
many other major venues.
The exhibition centre offers you a flexible approach for your event. We
can assist you with the organisation, offering as much or as little
assistance as you require. We are not tied to one catering or bar
contractor although we can help you to find the appropriate catering
facility to suit your budget.
The exhibition space is all on one level and comprises five heated
rooms and a kitchen. The main exhibition hall is 1340sq meters with
reception and cloakroom area. Toilets including disabled and baby
changing facilities are located in the centre's front reception.
