Международный металлургический конгресс The subject area of congress approaches the different corrosion types and mechanisms, as well as protection techniques (for metallic linings, inorganic non-metallic linings, organic non-metallic linings, – such as paints and polymers – corrosion inhibitors, anodic protection, cathodic protection, etc.), and project specification and material selection, aiming to minimize corrosion effects. Case studies and assays about corrosion shall be presented. This way, this subject area receives a large number of papers from several researchers and students, as well as from industry professionals
