The American Spice Trade Association is a trade association representing the US Spice Industry. ASTA was founded in 1907 and represents the interests of approximately 175 member companies around the world that form the basis of the US spice trade. ASTA members manufacture and market the majority of spices sold in the US spice industry, works to ensure clean safe spice and address public policy on behalf of the global industry.
