Description
With its 91,000 square metres for temporary trade fairs and
exhibitions, distributed over 15 up-to-date halls, Exhibition Centre
Herning is Scandinavia's largest centre for trade fairs and
exhibitions. To this must be added about 18,000 square metres of
administrative and service area with auditorium, meeting rooms, press
centre, restaurants, bars and kitchen facilities. There is also an
outdoor display area of 400,000 square metres. Each year, 15-20 trade
fairs and exhibitions are held and the total number of major events
lies between 40 and 60, with a total of more than 500,000 visitors
annually.

In addition to 15 modern, trade
fair and exhibition halls, varying in size from 2,000 to 14,000 square
metres, we can provide the following facilities and services:

- The custom design and construction of stands, at home and abroad

The sale and rental of all sorts of stand equipment and furniture,
carpeting in several qualities as well as the construction of
grandstands for from 100 to 50,000 persons
- The design and production of signs in all sizes as well as large format colour prints
- Restaurants - Bars - Pubs - Kiosks
- Meeting rooms for 10 to 500 persons (can be extended for 5,000 persons)
- Sports hall and concert arena for up to 5,000 persons
- 15,000 free parking spaces
- Own station for special trade fair trains in collaboration with Danish Rail.
