New Exhibition Center in S-Petersburg

New Exhibition and Congress Center will be built on the ground of 140 hectares in Vsevolzhski region of Leningrad. The project’s value is about $4000 million.

The complex will include exhibition center with 4 pavilions the total square will make up 235 000 meters; hotel on 300-500 places; trade and finance centers; cinema; logistic terminal; and helicopter place.  

The building will start in 2008. More than 200 exhibition events are organized in Saint-Petersburg and region annually. However, the city is short of exhibition spaces of international level. The exhibition area is make up about 15 hectares in  Petersburg, while Moscow has approximately 26 hectares (700 thousands square meters).
