16th St.-Petersburg International Security & Fire Exhibition
SFITEX'2007 will be held on November, 6-9 in S-Petersburg, Russia.
It is customary for the
Security & Safety Forum to be held in St.-Petersburg, a city recognized as Russia's intellectual think-tank and industry hub for many decades, the traditional showcase for new technology. Located at the junction of marine, air, and railway routes, St. Petersburg with its enormous industrial potential, advanced infrastructure and ample pool of highly qualified labour is, indeed, an attractive destination for lucrative investment and successful international projects
The oldest show of its kind in Russia, the Security Forum has proved over the years to be the ideal showcase for new technology, a great place to shop for equipment and services and forge new and strengthen existing business links with Russian and international partners. This forum is unique in that, being held in autumn, it showcases all the new products designed during the year and slated to go into serial manufacture in subsequent months
In recognition of the Security & Safety Forum's significance, support for the show comes from relevantly specialized government agencies: the Russian Security Council, the Ministry of Civil Defense, Emergencies, and Natural Calamities, the Ministry of Industry, Science and Technology, the National Technical Commission under the Russian President, the Office of the Envoy Plenipotentiary of the Russian President in the Northwestern Federal District, and St. Petersburg City Hall.
The International exhibition
SFITEX is one of the largest conventions in Russia, will showcase the products and services of more than 300 leading domestic and international manufacturers. The show is attended by some 21,000 professionals from 147 Russian cities and 28 countries of the world. The scientific-and-practical Conference
