2nd Scientific and Practical Conference was held at the Crocus Expo IEC

 The 4th International exhibition SAFARI EXPO-2008 was held February 28 through March 2, 2008 at the International Exhibition Centre Crocus Expo in Moscow. The purpose of the International exhibition SAFARI EXPO was to demonstrate advanced achievements and technologies in hunting and fishing equipment, special purpose equipment and goods, technical means and vehicles used for the organization of hunting, fishing, outdoor activity and tourism. The popularity of the exhibition among specialists and visitors taken into consideration the Exhibition management of the fair SAFARI EXPO decided to hold the event twice a year. Starting from 2007 the exhibition SAFARI EXPO takes place in spring and autumn. 408 companies exhibited at the 2nd spring edition of the exhibition. Overall exhibit space constituted 27 000 sq m of indoor area and more than 10 000 sq m of outdoor area. More than 60 000 people visited the trade show during 4 working days. The 3rd edition held for the first time in September 2007 attracted more than 270 companies and covered exhibit space of 12000 sq m, the event was visited by about 50 000 people. The March edition of SAFARI EXPO-2008 covered 30 000 sq m of hall exhibit space accommodating in 4 exhibition halls on the lower and upper levels of the second pavilion and up to 10 000 sq m of outdoor space.
