Exhibition and conference of Vietnam Rail & Urban Transport Conference & Expo 2007 will be held in Hanoi from December 4-7, 2007 at the support of Vietnam ministry of transport, Vietnamese railways and Administration of public transport.

Recently in Vietnam was accepted to execution development plan of internal and international railways network of Vietnam to 2020 year. According to the figures which were sounded by prime minister of Vietnam Nguen Tan Dungom, the sum in size of a 10,05 milliard $ will be invested in development of railway transport and transport infrastructure. The priority articles of the plan will be building of ways, stations, storages, informative systems, depot and workshops on service and repair of trains, and also acceleration of building of North-West railway and project TRANCE-ASEAN, realization of which will allow to increase commodity turnover between Vietnam and other countries of Asia, in particular case with China.

No doubt, realization of these projects very difficultly without a foreign capital, modern technologies and equipment.
