Press-release of international fair “Property abroad”. Exhibition and exhibition business news for Ukraine and all over the world

March, 28-29 2008 (from 11.00 till 19.00 p.m.): The second international fair “Property abroad” will take place in the Ukrainian House (Khreshatik st., 2, Kiev, Ukraine).

Only successful events are held on annual basis. The fair “Property abroad” is not an exception. Among international representatives, which already confirmed their participation, in the fair going to be Dubai Business Centre, Grada Complex, Happy Home, Allianz Group, Rosa Land doo, Aristo Developer, AESI, Afenida Group, Pafilia etc. During the fair visitors will have the opportunity to meet more than 50 participants from Turkey, Montenegro, Germany, France, Bulgaria, Cyprus etc.

Our previous fair was the first event specialized on property abroad. It  took place on 2-3 of November 2007 in “HYATT Regency Hotel”. As our experience showed that such kind of events is the best way for communication between representatives of property agencies and property buyers. Realtors have real possibility to contact directly the potential clients. And the buyers can get information from specialists which can help to examine market tendencies of each country.

Fair “Property abroad” is oriented on wealthy Ukrainians who understand the prospective of investments in abroad property. The visitors will have the unique chance to learn the peculiarities of buying the property on credit to make profit or just for leisure time.

 Special part of the fair will be the presentations oriented on getting in touch with cultural twists of each represented country. For example Dubai Business Centre will present special performance of oriental dances. Also visitors can examine separate exhibition on which the photos of the best architecture projects will be presented.

Director of the agency “DEC-Property” Aleksandr Tarchenko commented the future event: “For me and my colleagues the future event is one more landmark in cooperation with our abroad partners.
