Professional Tasting Competition of Soft Drinks

 The professional tasting competition of soft drinks is held annually within the framework of specialized exhibition of drinks "ALCO+SOFT" with support of Ukrainian Science Research Institute of feeding of Healthcare Ministry of Ukraine. The competition is held among following groups of soft drinks: • Table drinking waters: - carbonated, - not carbonated. • Natural mineral waters: - table water: carbonated, not carbonated, - mineral medicinal-tabel water: carbonated, not carbonated. • Juices: - fruit: natural, with supplements, - nectars, - vegetable. • Soft drinks: - carbonated, - not carbonated. • Beer: - lager, - dark, - special. Professional tasting commission, which includes specialists of Healthcare Ministry of Ukraine, State Standard of Ukraine, CC "Ukrpivo", "Ukrprodspilka" and others, estimates organoleptic indicators of products represented for the competition according to acting legislation of Ukraine about appraisal of products quality.
