International Specialized Exhibition-Tasting Wine Card-2008

The 3rd International Specialized Exhibition-Tasting Wine Card will take place in April 2008 at the International Exhibition Centre (IEC) Crocus Expo (Moscow, Russia). The event surely caused keen interest among experts of the business branch and consumers during 2006 and 2007 editions.

As for organizers, more than 100 companies from Russia, Italy, France and other countries presented the vast spectrum of their products at the International Specialized Exhibition-Tastings Wine Card 2006-2007.

The most respected industry name, the leading wine-making enterprise of Italy Carassanese, State Unitary Enterprise Guedzhukh from Daghestan, Kubanskiye Vina, Detchenskiy Factory, Fontal and many others, companies dealing with wholesale and retail trade of alcoholic production, suppliers of Italian, French, Spanish, Chilean and other wines presented the exhibitor's geography. First of all those were constant participants of our exhibition such as Luding, Agora, Muskat 12, Moselle M, Tsentral'naya Stantsia 1, AST International, Simpl, Vel'd 21, Legenda Kryma and many others.

The exhibitions Wine Card 2006 and 2007 were also very popular with the visitors. During the exhibition periods the shows were visited by more than 6000 people. The visitors were given an opportunity to taste more than 1000 different grades of elite wine for them to perceive their taste and aroma. More than 50 mass media means provided press coverage of the preparation for and holding of the events.

The interest of the visitors was well reasoned by a unique format of the given exhibition: habitual exhibition stands were replaced with space without partitions with numerous tasting tables covering 4000 sq m with 4 grades of wine per each table. The exposition was supplemented with stands dedicated to special equipment (cabinets for wine storage, refrigerators, etc.) and wine related accessories (glasses, wine glasses, decanters, uncork items).

One of the principal goals of our exhibitions is to give attendees and visitor an opportunity to sample different sorts of wine for them to appreciate the characteristics of wine and flavor after that make a correct choice when shopping and making wholesale purchases. The event format also anticipates the sale of samples of the best varieties of collection wines for home mini-bars. The specialists who attended the International Specialized Exhibition-Tastings Wine Card 2006 and 2007 noted that the event boosted the popularity of high quality wines among Russian consumers.
