n April 17-18, 2008 in Kiev the II National forum “Business restructuring as main element of M&A, means of actives’ defence and capital formation” will be hold. The target group of the forum consists of: top-managers and owners of large-scale Ukrainian companies and holdings, juridical firms, companies on actives’ defence, audit companies. The organizer of the event is the Conference House Company together with “Spenser&Kauffmann” juridical firm being the law partner of the forum.

The main goal of organizers is to give the participants the possibility to exchange their experience within the framework of business restructuring issue. The matter will concern corporate, financial, taxing, juridical structuring in three foreshortenings: from the position of company management, shareholders and specialists who are involved in business restructuring. Within the forum framework is planned to hold practical seminars that can be interesting for representatives of the companies which are going to float their stocks on stock markets.

On the forum there will be examined the most popular types of restructuring within the framework of M&A dealings, restructuring as means of actives’ defence from hostile acquisitions, IPO or Private Placement as main drivers of company restructuring in Ukraine etc.
