March, 4-7 2008: The 9th Uzbekistan International Exhibition
"Building and Construction, Interiors, Heat and Vent" UzBuild 2008 will be held in Uzexpocentre, Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
The biggest in Uzbekistan international specialised exhibition UzBuild 2008 will open its doors for the enterprises and organisations of the world construction market. Over the 8 years of its existence it made a significant progress and was met with wide recognition as an annual forum of a construction industry of Uzbekistan, CIS countries, and also far abroad countries. From year to year the UzBuild exhibition attracts attention of all the key players of the construction market, who meet on the same ground with the customers, partners and suppliers, in order to discuss strategic plans and to sign contracts.
The key advantage of the UzBuild 2008 will be the conformity to international standards. Here, one of the key moments will become the reliability of the statistics and information provided by the organisers to the exhibition participants. Statistically, over the 9 years of its existence, about 35,000 specialists visited the UzBuild exhibition. Over 350 exhibitors from 27 countries displayed their production at the stands of the UzBuild. Taking into account a trend of economic development in Uzbekistan nowadays, including of the construction materials market, one can say with reasonable confidence that the UzBuild exhibition provides a real opportunity for establishing business contacts and signing profitable contracts.
As for organizers, growth of exposition in 2007 made up 40%, the total area of the exhibition exceeded 1,500 meters. In 2007 two pavilions of the National Exhibition Company UzExpoCentre were used – a big exhibition hall, an “Atrium” hall, and also an outdoor area. More than 100 companies from 16 countries of the world participated at the exhibition.
Traditionally the exhibition was divided into sections. The most diversified were the sections of “Construction materials” and “Heating systems, ventilation and air conditioning”. As a result of the gradual development of the construction market of Uzbekistan, as well as implementation of the latest technologies and installation of processing lines, a special attention was paid to the companies, offering equipment, technologies and manufacturing lines. The construction machinery, equipment, window frames, and also marble slabs were demonstrated at the outdoor area in front of the exhibition complex.
