"Meat industry 2008" in Moscow. Exhibition and exhibition business news for Ukraine and all over the world

The VI International Forum "Dairy industry 2008" and VII International Forum "Meat industry 2008" will take place on March, 18-21st, 2008 in the new third pavilion of the International Exhibition Center “Crocus Expo” (Moscow, Russia) on the total area of 12.000 square meters.

The international Forum is suppose to be one of the most important event defining strategy of development dairy, butter- & cheese-making industry, dairy cattle breeding. The exhibition presents the fullest review of industry innovations and achievements.

Business program of the International Forum includes the Congress of the Dairy Union of the Russia, the International Exhibition "The Dairy Industry", "Dairy Success" Competition, Technical excursions on dairy combines and dairy farms and “TechSalon. Technologies of the Third Millennium”.

As for organizers, 261 companies from 25 countries around the world participated in the 2007 exhibition. The main subject of the 2007 events was the implementation of the national ‘Agriculture Development’ project, aimed at accelerating the development of animal breeding and providing incentives for the development of small agribusinesses, which in turn will have a significant impact on the further development of the processing industries.

The programme of the 2007 included general and plenary sessions, reports on intellectual property protection, waste-free production technologies, and express methods for product testing. Workshop participants were able to share their experience in brand promotion and familiarise themselves with the key requirements of EU directives regarding product labelling.

In keeping with the government's economic policy, the organisers paid special attention to innovative projects initiated by participating companies.
